DESCRIPTION:Now in its eighth year\, this signature leadership program is designed to strengthen the partnership of the Board Chair and Executive Director to successfully lead the Board and organization into the future. Ideal for incoming Board leadership\, or new Executive Directors\, this multi-part series explores what it takes to engage and mobilize the Board and staff to successfully lean into changing and uncertain times.  \n\n\n\nSpecifically\, this program will explore the following topics: \n\n	Building a Thriving ED/Board Chair Partnership. \n	Developing Your Most Valuable Asset   the Board. \n	Driving Values with Vision. \n	Creating a Culture of Authentic Board Engagement. \n	Strategies for Leading Change Together. \n	Future-Proofing Your Leadership. \n\nProgram elements: \n\n\n	Full-day in-person session in New Castle County on August 28. \n	Two two-hour virtual sessions September 12 and September 30. \n	Individual team session with DANA facilitator. \n	Tools\, templates\, and thought provoking reads to bring back to the organization and Board. \n\nParticipants register as a Board/CEO leadership team. The program fee is $1\,000 per organization. Scholarships are available thanks to the Endsley P. Fairman Fund at the Delaware Community Foundation.
