As a Business Services Rep\, Elise posts open positions to the Department of Labor website\, the Delaware Job Link (DJL)\, and will match positions with skilled individuals who are seeking employment. Potential candidates can be screened against the criteria businesses provide to verify that they meet qualifications\, and their resumes can be forwarded to the business owner or hiring manager.
