TCI is driven by the belief that active community participation and work are attainable by all individuals regardless of disability or other perceived barriers. Headquartered just outside Washington\, DC\, TCI provides technical assistance and training to professionals throughout the country.\n\n	 \n	Steve Zapalla is a retired Army combat veteran who became a clinical psychotherapist and pastoral counselor after 20+ years of active duty. Steve held a wide variety of senior level leadership positions in both tactical and strategic level major commands throughout his career\, both oversees and nationally. His transition from military to civilian life led him to a deep appreciation for his spiritual practice and a career as a meditation teacher and mental health counselor.
