About The Fearless Fashionista"

Workplace expectations have changed, leaving employees to interpret what professional presence looks like and managers without clear language for addressing the gaps. At the same time, many accomplished women find that as their careers, responsibilities and visibility grow, their image hasn't kept pace.

Lauren Simmonds, founder of The Fearless Fashionista®, works on both sides of that equation. She helps organizations provide clear, practical guidance around professional presence so employees understand how to represent themselves and the organization, and she works privately with accomplished women to develop a visual identity that reflects their leadership, stature and where they're headed next.

An author, speaker and professional presence and style strategist, Lauren draws on more than three decades of corporate experience and 15 years of personal style expertise to help professionals use visual identity deliberately as part of their career strategy.
