About the Awards
Economic Growth is based upon the success of people that have a vision and are willing to take risks to turn their vision into successful business that creates jobs. Economic growth is also based on the willingness of successful businesses to give back to the community by volunteering their time and talent to support a cause or help a community group. Each year, the New Castle County Chamber of Commerce recognizes two outstanding members who have exemplified the entrepreneurial spirit and community involvement.

The purpose of these awards is not only to recognize business success right here in New Castle County, but to pause for a moment and celebrate the entrepreneurial spirit!
