Dr. Steven Moyer

Aaron Moyer

Join us for the second of three events in the Delaware Small Business Development Center and Delaware Business Times Family Business Development Series.

In family businesses, the ability to communicate openly about issues critical to the ownership group, the business and the family is essential for the overall health of the family and the organization. There are things families can do to create a culture of open and constructive communication. Join us as we bring you two widely sought experts on the topic - Dr. Steven Moyer and Aaron Moyer of SKM Associates.

Steve has more than 35 years of leadership, coaching and management experience. Growing up in a family business and serving as a Vice President of Human Resources for a family owned company employing over 1700 employees, he understands the complexities of maintaining family relationships while sustaining a profitable enterprise.

Aaron primarily works with family businesses and privately held organizations focusing on succession and transition; governance; leadership development and coaching. Prior to joining SKM Associates, Aaron practiced employment law at Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP.

Designed to challenge, inform and engage, this breakfast event is appropriate for family business executives of all size family businesses, attorneys, accountants and financial planners.
