Monster Mile for a Cause and Halloween Costume Contest

Monster Miles for a Cause is a unique fundraising walk on the racetrack at Dover International Speedway - the Monster Mile! This un-timed walk is a family friendly event to benefit the Delaware Breast Cancer Coalition and hosted by Dover International Speedway. Join us with your friends and family, RAIN or SHINE, to join in the fun and food. We will have a beer garden available to everyone registered. Run or walk in honor or memory of someone in your life who has been impacted by breast cancer. Participants are invited to be creative with team names and attire—wear PINK! We are also having a Halloween costume contest, with prizes for best individual and group costumes. All proceeds from the 2018 Monster Miles for a Cause benefit DBCC’s programs that increase breast cancer awareness, promote the importance of early detection, provide access to mammograms, and provide support and resources to men and women in our local community who are newly diagnosed or facing recurrence of breast cancer. On-site registration begins at 8:00 am, and the walk steps off at 10:00 am. Walkers should arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time.
