Description
Love pottery, or curious to give it a try? Meet Solid Earth Studio, Wilmington’s new pottery studio, celebrating its grand opening Friday, October 23. Accomplished artist Samara Weaver and her partner Dave McNeil are on a mission to bring people together in a fun, welcoming space where they can get their hands dirty. Located downtown at 225 N. Market St., the bright, airy studio has 12 pottery wheels and open studio hours throughout the week, plus classes for individuals, friends, couples, special occasions and more. There’s something for every experience level, from first-timers to seasoned potters. “Come in and say hello,” as Samara likes to say. Stop by, explore the space, and share what you’d love to create.
