Experts say it’s a seller’s market for business in Delaware right now. “Dollar for dollar of profit, you can get more for your business right now,” said David Bernstein of RLS Associates, a Wilmington investment banking firm specializing in mergers and acquisitions. Bernstein will be one of the experts on the panel at the luncheon on October 5th at Baywood Greens Golf Club presented by the Delaware Small Business Development Center and Joining Bernstein on the panel will be Judith Scarborough of Master Sidlow & Associates, the Wilmington accounting firm.
