I am an Outreach Specialist with Delaware Commute Solutions (DECS), where she works closely with employers, community partners, and workforce organizations to connect people with reliable, affordable transportation options across Delaware. In her role, Amy leads outreach and engagement efforts for the free Get a Job/Get a Ride program, helping employers support their workforce by reducing transportation barriers to employment.
Amy is passionate about building strong community partnerships and educating employers on commuting solutions such as public transit, carpooling, biking, and incentive programs that improve employee access and retention.
