Construction Begins September 7 on New Jersey-bound Span; Right Two Lanes Closed NEW CASTLE, Del. – Today, Delaware River and Bay Authority (DRBA) officials announced that a major infrastructure preservation project will begin on the New Jersey-bound (Northbound) span of the Delaware Memorial Bridge (DMB) on September 7, 2026.
